## There is more than one way to join the movement.

NVOX Foundation is building a public, philanthropic, research driven, and cultural movement around ADHD. Some people will support access to assessments. Some will bring research. Others will bring community, music, comedy, gaming, public influence, volunteering, local connections, or visibility online. You do not need to fit into one box.

Open invitation to donors, volunteers, researchers, clinicians, creators, community leaders, festivals, schools, hospitals, and people with a story.

## The Form

A single short form collects: full name (required), email (required), organization/role (optional), country/city (optional), how you would like to be involved (required), what type of contribution you are offering (optional), and a free text "tell us more" field. Submitters opt in to be contacted; story contributors confirm separately that their story will not be published without their written approval.

NVOX Foundation reviews inquiries based on mission fit, capacity, timing, and relevance. Submitting this form does not guarantee partnership, appointment to a role, active volunteering, funding, publication, participation, or a response.
