NVOX Inc. and NVOX Foundation Inc. are legally separate organizations with different roles and an aligned mission. NVOX Inc. operates the clinical and technology platform behind NVOX.com. NVOX Foundation Inc. expands the public mission around ADHD through access, research, education, culture, community, and philanthropy. That separation is not a formality. It is the foundation of trust.

## Our Model — The company builds and operates. The Foundation expands access and impact.

**NVOX Inc.** builds and operates the clinical and technology platform. It enables structured, remote, clinician supervised ADHD assessment through a platform that organizes information from the examinee, parents, teachers, and other sources, alongside attention tasks, behavioral measures, documentation, and a broader clinical picture.

**NVOX Foundation Inc.** expands access, research, education, culture, community, and public benefit. The Foundation does not exist to fund the company's commercial marketing. It exists to advance public benefit.

## Supporting the Public Mission

NVOX Inc. intends to support the mission of NVOX Foundation Inc. over time through donations, collaborations, access programs, research support, community initiatives, cultural programs, or other properly approved and documented forms of support. That support must preserve legal separation, proper governance, documentation, transparency, and conflict of interest review.

## Work Between the Foundation and NVOX Inc.

When the Foundation works with NVOX Inc., the relationship will be documented in writing, reviewed under fair market terms or another legally appropriate philanthropic structure, approved under the relevant procedures, and managed with conflict of interest review.

## Research Supported by Technology Infrastructure

Some research, validation, and evidence development activities may rely on or be supported by the technological and clinical infrastructure of NVOX.com. Safeguards include documented arrangements, privacy safeguards, required consents or authorizations, access controls, conflict of interest management, and a clear distinction between Foundation activity and commercial activity.

## Conflict of Interest and Role Clarity — Trust is built through clear boundaries.

A director is not the same as an advisor. An advisor is not the same as an ambassador. A donor does not control Foundation decisions. A friend of the Foundation is not necessarily an official representative. A cultural partner does not determine research conclusions. Every person, organization, or entity presented as part of the Foundation will be described according to their real role, level of involvement, and actual authority.

## Use of Foundation Funds — For public benefit.

May support: subsidized or no cost assessments, access programs for underserved communities, research and validation, education for families and schools, community programs, public awareness, cultural activity, NVOX.LIVE, Music Saved Me, 1000Pianos.org, gaming, comedy, personal storytelling, and mission aligned partnership development.

Not intended to support: commercial advertising, investor return, shareholder value, private enrichment, or commercial growth unrelated to the Foundation's public benefit mission.

## Clinical and Research Boundaries — Trust will not be built through exaggeration.

NVOX Foundation Inc. does not present itself as an autonomous diagnostic provider. The Foundation does not claim that music, gaming, comedy, culture, or personal storytelling diagnose ADHD. The Foundation does not claim that NVOX technology replaces licensed clinicians. The Foundation does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, medication access, accommodations, legal rights, insurance coverage, institutional acceptance, or clinical outcomes.

Not everyone has ADHD. Everyone deserves a fair path to be understood.
